These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases, donations, bookings, and orders made through stgerasimos.org.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Goods and Services
St Gerasimos Greek Orthodox Church may offer items such as candles, memorial offerings, event bookings, service donations, and other related goods or contributions. Some items or donations may not involve physical delivery but are intended for liturgical or charitable purposes within the Church.
2. Pricing and Payments
All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Payments are processed securely through Square.
St Gerasimos does not store or retain full payment card details.
3. Order Confirmation
Once an order or donation is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
a) Physical Goods
If you have purchased a physical item and it has not yet been collected or shipped, you may request to cancel your order within 7 days.
If the item has been collected or shipped, refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
b) Donations and Candle Offerings
Donations and offerings (including candles, memorial offerings, and liturgical intentions) are generally non-refundable once processed, as they are considered charitable contributions and may have already been enacted in the services of the Church.
If a donation was made in error, please contact us and we will review the request.
c) Event and Service Bookings (such as hall bookings, parish events, dinners)
Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, as costs are already committed.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event may be refunded, or transferred as a credit, depending on the circumstance.
d) Memberships or Subscriptions (if applicable)
Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership term has begun.
If a recurring subscription was charged in error, please contact us to review the charge and adjust future billing where required.
5. Changes and Cancellations by the Church
St Gerasimos reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances.
If an event is cancelled by us, a refund or credit will be offered.

7. Limitation of Liability
St Gerasimos is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services.
Maximum liability will not exceed the original amount paid.
